Key Responsibilities: Maintain resident home environments across the Taunton Mills Village
Repair floors and complete painting or upkeep tasks
Perform plumbing and electrical repairs as scheduled
Maintain heating and cooling systems and related equipment
Address maintenance requests professionally and carefully
Requirements: Understanding of general maintenance and trades practices
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work
Skill operating common hand and power tools
Ability to work at heights and outdoors
Careful handling of resident belongings and Village equipment
