This six-month Project Administrator contract supports multiple construction projects for a leading real estate organization. You will coordinate administration, financial tracking, records, and project closeouts while working with an experienced colleague and Construction Services team. The schedule includes four days onsite and Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate schedules, communications, contractor access, security, and deadlines
Maintain budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and financial data in Excel
Process invoices, purchase orders, payments, cost coding, and reporting
Reconcile invoice discrepancies with accounting teams




Complete project closeout documentation, records, and reports
Requirements: Two or more years in project administration or coordination
Construction, real estate, or property management experience preferred
Robust Excel skills for budgets and expenditure tracking
Familiarity with financial documents, invoices, purchase orders, and cost tracking
English communication skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
