Key Responsibilities: Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching
Implement merchandising and marketing programs
Use P&L; and store reports to affect change
Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and rewards promotion
Maintain clean, protected, presentable, in-stock store conditions
Requirements: Previous supervisory experience is welcomed
Ability to develop leaders and encourage employee productivity
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer knowledge, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel
Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance
