This permanent full time Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations at the Hillside Avenue location. The position manages budgets, menus, staffing, inventory, suppliers, and service procedures. You will supervise five to ten people while supporting restaurant profitability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze budgets to maintain and improve restaurant profits
Plan daily operations and set staff work schedules
Recruit, train, supervise, and review staff performance
Monitor revenues, labour costs, inventory, and supplier arrangements
Address customer concerns and provide customer service
Requirements: Two to less than three years of experience
College certificate or diploma from a one-to-two-year program
First Aid and CPR certificates
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook, Windows, and Word
English language proficiency and onsite availability
