This Service Greeter/Porter supports the service department through customer communication, vehicle inspections, parking coordination, and vehicle preparation. The position requires automotive knowledge, a valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean driving abstract, and strong organizational abilities. You will direct customers, complete check-in procedures, and perform listed vehicle-care functions.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers arriving at the service department
Perform walk-around inspections and assess incoming vehicles
Direct customers and inquiries to appropriate departments
Arrange rideshare or shuttle rides when necessary




Move, prepare, vacuum, and wash service vehicles
Requirements: General automotive knowledge and experience
Valid British Columbia driver’s licence and clean driving abstract
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
