Key Responsibilities: Coordinate building repairs, maintenance, and system oversight
Operate HVAC and security automation systems
Oversee contractors and scheduled maintenance contracts
Coordinate tenant requests and construction project activities
Perform emergency snow and ice removal
Requirements: Minimum five years commercial property operations experience
Working knowledge of building automation systems required
Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on abilities
Availability for assigned 24-hour on-call rotation
Valid Class 5 license and personal vehicle
