This Campus Store Manager role oversees sales growth, operational excellence, and engaging customer experiences within an academic retail setting. You will partner with campus contacts, facilitate outreach and events, and support Strategic Partnership Reviews. You will also recruit, train, coach, and develop team members while monitoring store performance and financial metrics.
Key Responsibilities: Communicate daily store operations with campus partners
Facilitate campus and community events and outreach
Support bookstore advisory committees and partnership reviews




Build cross-functional teams that execute operational initiatives
Handle routine inquiries and escalated customer complaints
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Three to five years of retail management experience
Academic retail experience is a plus
Advanced relationship-building and team influence abilities
Robust communication and presentation skills
