We are looking for someone who has some experience in the trucking industry and possess's some knowledge of the day to day operation.
Excellent at typing
Proficient in English, both writing and verbal.
Proficient in MS Office, mainly Excel, Word, and Outlook
A team player
Possessing exceptional organizational skills
Able to work in a quick paced setting
Able to pay attention to detail
Have experience using Transplus Fleet Manager
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Input data into dispatch software (Data Entry will take up the bulk of your time)
Tracking drivers for updates
Updating customers with driver updates
Answering customer/driver inquiries
Creating ACE's/ACI's
Forward paperwork for customs clearance
