The position requires knowledge of Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s drafting system, supervisory skills, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Concrete Reinforcing Technicians and review assigned work
Coordinate work and monitor progress against schedules
Assist with reported difficulties and correct deficiencies
Reassess drafting techniques and recommend efficiency improvements
Support performance reviews and salary adjustment recommendations
Requirements:
Vocational certificate in CAD design or drafting
Three to five years as a Senior Concrete Reinforcing Technician
Three to five years of supervisory experience
Thorough knowledge of Nucor Rebar Fabrication’s drafting system
Effective communication, time management, and prioritization skills
