Lead customer service and loan support as an Assistant Branch Manager at LendDirect’s Medicine Hat location, working onsite Monday through Friday.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will support the Branch Manager in leading the team and serving recent and existing customers. Apply marketing strategies, guide loan processes, manage delinquency concerns, and coach employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement marketing strategies and nurture business relationships

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- One to two years’ consumer finance experience preferred
- Experience in lending or banking preferred
- Ability to guide customers through processes
