Strategic Group seeks a dedicated Maintenance Technician to help ensure smooth building operation. The work includes residential and commercial maintenance, common-area improvements, tenant service, and building systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and prepare drywall and complete interior commercial painting
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
