This Service Advisor position supports customers and technicians at an established automotive repair shop. You will create work orders, arrange bookings, provide service quotes, recommend tire and mechanical services, and finalize sales. The role also includes customer follow up, billing accuracy, inventory documentation, and safety participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create work orders and arrange technician bookings
- Provide quotes and receive customer work authorization
- Recommend tire, wheel, and mechanical services
- Finalize sales and complete customer follow up
- Process billing information accurately in computer systems
Requirements:
- At least two years automotive or tire industry experience
- Effective listening skills identifying customer needs
- Knowledge of passenger, light truck, and specialty tires
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory Driver's Abstract
- Availability to work Saturdays
