Support older adults as a Registered Practical Nurse at Verve Senior Living, using resident care leadership and medication administration expertise. Help residents live independently within a comfortable, safe environment.

Under the Health & Wellness Manager, this Registered Practical Nurse enriches residents’ lives through choice, independence, and responsive care. The position assesses resident needs, organizes care plans, supervises attendants, and supports families. It also coordinates direct care, treatments, emergency responses, and quality improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess resident needs and organize plans promoting maximum independence
- Distribute medications and provide treatments under approved standards
- Supervise attendants and provide guidance to general duty staff




- Maintain nursing records, reports, and resident care documentation
- Respond to emergencies and report changes in resident status

Requirements:

- Recognized RPN license in positive standing with Ontario’s College of Nurses
- Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
