As a Practice Recruitment Specialist, you will hire Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and Practice Administrative professionals. You will build talent pipelines, execute recruitment strategies, and support regional hiring priorities. The role connects practice leaders with qualified candidates through consistent recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned dental practice portfolios
- Build pipelines supporting regional hiring priorities
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and job boards




- Partner with managers and operations leaders on hiring needs
- Maintain Workday activity through onboarding and pre-employment activities

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of progressive recruitment experience
- Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, agency, or multi-site hiring
- Solid sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is an asset
