Lead ticketing and front-of-house service for One Yellow Rabbit’s High Performance Rodeo in Calgary. Manage festival audiences across multiple venues.

The contract Audience Services Manager reports to the Festival Producer and oversees Box Office and Front of House operations. You will lead approximately 20 staff, work with volunteers, and support hospitality, access, and inclusiveness. Tessitura, ticket sales, reporting, and live-event experience are central to this assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage festival and venue Box Office operations
- Oversee Front of House across multiple Calgary venues
- Schedule, supervise, and train casual Box Office staff
- Resolve patron queries and escalated complaints
- Prepare weekly and final ticket sales reports

Requirements:

- Ticket sales and Tessitura Network experience
- Front of House operations background
- Performing arts, festival, or live-event experience
- Experience leading staff and working with volunteers
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
