As part of the Counterparty Risk, Financial Assurances team, you will support preparation, negotiation, execution, and administration. The work involves Legal, analysts, business partners, and counterparties. Sound judgment, accountability, collaboration, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools are significant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, negotiate, and execute financial assurance documentation
- Review documents against templates, requirements, and negotiated terms
- Administer amendments, renewals, replacements, expiries, and reporting




- Maintain records in approved systems and repositories
- Strengthen templates, controls, processes, and document quality

Requirements:

- Recognized Legal Assistant or Paralegal program completion
- At least four years of related experience
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with financial assurances or credit support preferred
