Support participant safety and well-being as an overnight Recovery Care Worker with The Bridge in Kelowna, British Columbia. This is an on-site position.

The Bridge seeks a temporary full-time Recovery Care Worker for Youth Recovery House Phase II. You will support adult and youth participants, maintain protected homes, and provide care across Recovery & Addiction program locations as needed. The position runs 36 hours weekly for six months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure participants’ physical and emotional well-being during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout program homes
- Support Recovery & Addiction locations based on program needs
- Engage appropriately with adult and youth participants
- Manage crises in potentially stressful circumstances

Requirements:

- Human Services diploma or equivalent education
- Six months of related experience
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Criminal Record Search according to agency policy
