As a Commercial Operations Senior Specialist, you will research prospective customers, contact new and inactive accounts, and communicate UPMC products and services. The position combines customer support, order administration, proposals, market awareness, and sales reporting. You will also support Customer Service representatives and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities: Research prospective customers and assess their potential
Make cold calls to recent and inactive customers
Respond to customer inquiries by email or phone
Enter customer orders in SAP
Prepare sales activity reports for management
Requirements: College diploma in business, marketing, administration, or similar
Previous inside sales experience
CRM experience, preferably with SAP
Excellent communication and research skills
Problem-solving, results-oriented, and motivated approach
