Design blended learning solutions for TD Bank’s credit adjudication teams in Mississauga, Ontario, using needs analysis and learning design expertise. This is an on-site, full time role.
As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will support credit centers across Canada through a national mandate. Your work will address underwriter credit acumen, risk tolerance, and policy interpretation. You will collaborate with the Manager, Learning Program Design and business partners while supporting strategic priorities, people strategies, and key business measures.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct needs analysis for credit adjudication learning requirements
Recommend learning solutions for underwriter credit acumen
Design blended learning and performance solutions
Build relationships with business partners through working sessions
Manage credit risk interests across learning initiatives
Requirements: Practical expertise in content design
Technical expertise across content design areas
Knowledge of credit adjudication concepts
Understanding of risk tolerance and policy interpretation
Ability to collaborate with national credit center partners
Bring learning design, content expertise, and credit knowledge to TD Bank’s national learning initiatives supporting credit center partners.
