Key Responsibilities: Review SEIS/EIS advance assurance applications
Set standards for advance assurance drafting
Own the practice’s regulatory posture
Maintain CIOT/ICAEW standing
Build and lead the review function as Seisly grows
Requirements: CTA, ATT, or qualified accountant qualification
ICAEW, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
Real SEIS/EIS experience
Experience signing off advance assurance applications
Experience advising founders through advance assurance applications
Bring tax qualification, SEIS/EIS experience, and qualified judgment to Seisly’s co-founder-led practice.
