As a Billing Analyst on Metso’s Customer Service team, you will process invoices for products, Field Service, Life Cycle Services, and other services. The position supports accurate, complete, compliant, and timely invoicing. You will collaborate with customers, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and Field Service teams while reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process customer invoices in SAP
Verify labour, materials, equipment, expenses, and service charges
Upload invoices through Ariba and customer portals
Resolve discrepancies, corrections,



and credit memo requests
Apply Canadian GST/HST, QST, and provincial tax requirements
Requirements: Experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or accounting
Solid attention to detail when validating billing information
Analytical and problem-solving skills for billing discrepancies
Ability to manage competing billing deadlines
SAP or ERP experience is an asset
Use SAP, tax knowledge, and analytical problem-solving skills to support accurate invoicing and customer service at Metso.
