Support safe 705 passenger flights through strong flying skills, aircraft inspections, and accurate cockpit coordination. The work includes aircraft travel as required.
As a 705 First Officer, you report to the Assistant Chief Pilot while helping manage and operate each flight. You carry out cockpit procedures, complete inspections, and perform take-offs and landings under the PIC’s authority. The role emphasizes passenger comfort, timely performance, and continuous improvement toward future Captain readiness.
Key Responsibilities: Support the PIC in managing and operating each flight
Participate in the execution of all cockpit procedures
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections
Fuel the airplane and handle assigned aircraft duties




Improve flying skills and knowledge toward Captain readiness
Requirements: High school diploma or General Education Degree equivalent
Commercial Pilot License and IATRA or Airline Transport Pilot License
500 total flight hours and Category 1 Medical
Current Group 1 Instrument Rating
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
Use aviation knowledge, calm decision-making, and cockpit teamwork to support safe, comfortable, and punctual 705 flights.
