As a Business Analyst II with TELUS Health’s Pharmacy Customer Support team, you will support pharmacy clients and internal Contact Center teams. Your work covers PMS configurations, software troubleshooting, provincial drug database connectivity, and e-prescribing tools. You will help pharmacy operations receive responsive, accurate support.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate pharmacy operational inquiries from customers and Contact Center teams
Troubleshoot software, DSQ connectivity, and e-prescribing issues
Document incidents and escalate critical issues through resolution
Provide bilingual support for Kroll configurations,



modules, and pricing
Manage tasks and projects in Salesforce and Google Docs
Requirements: One to three years’ pharmacy setting or related experience
Fully bilingual French and English oral and written proficiency
Pharmacy Management System troubleshooting experience
Basic hardware and network troubleshooting knowledge
Understanding of pharmacy standards, confidentiality, Bill 25, and dispensing
Apply pharmacy operations knowledge, bilingual communication, and investigative skills to support Kroll clients through TELUS Health.
