Lead wall panel production in Winnipeg using scheduling, safety, and manufacturing management skills at Star Building Materials. This primarily onsite role includes regular business hours.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Production Manager oversees accurate, effective, and safe wall panel manufacturing. You will plan workflows, coordinate field installation, and support continuous improvement across processes, tools, and infrastructure. The role includes guidance for Production and Field teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, supervise, and guide Production and Field team members
Plan orders, production schedules, priorities, and workflow adjustments
Maintain inventory, feedstock materials, and demand forecasts
Monitor safety, efficiency, machinery, tools,



and infrastructure
Coordinate wall panel, floor, and truss installation processes
Requirements: Minimum three years of production or manufacturing management experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and Teams
Construction and framing background considered a strong asset
Use production leadership, scheduling, safety, and wall panel expertise to support Star Building Materials operations in Winnipeg.
