Lead Springdale manufacturing operations through coaching, troubleshooting, and safety-focused production leadership on the afternoon shift. Work in office from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, Sunday through Thursday.
Superior Glove seeks a hands-on Production Team Leader reporting to the Operations Manager. You will lead production employees, support quality and output goals, and develop team members. The position combines staffing coordination, dip-line monitoring, operator coverage, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities: Lead employees toward safety, quality, and output goals
Coordinate staffing, assignments, attendance, and shift schedules
Monitor dip-line operations and troubleshoot production issues
Coach employees and support performance development milestones




Complete payroll, safety, HR, and KPI records
Requirements: At least three years’ manufacturing or distribution leadership experience
Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent training and experience
Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and relationship-building skills
Mechanical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities
Intermediate computer and basic math skills
Bring hands-on leadership, production troubleshooting, and employee coaching skills to Superior Glove’s Springdale afternoon shift.
