This Keyholder position focuses on ZWILLING merchandise, customer needs, and specialty retail execution. You will explain product features, materials, technology, and functionality while recognizing competitor products and pricing. You will also support inventory, sales procedures, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Listen to preferences and address customer needs with product information
Ensure visually appealing, space-productive, and secure product displays
Process cash transactions accurately and manage register floats




Complete bank deposits and maintain balanced records
Follow inventory control and sales procedure policies
Requirements: Minimum three years of retail experience
Problem-solving ability across situations involving various variables
Strong customer service orientation
Flexibility for varied schedules and statutory holidays
Ability to lift items up to 34 kilograms occasionally
