Lifemark Seniors Wellness provides therapy solutions for seniors through partnerships with LTC homes, retirement communities, and seniors’ dwellings. As a physiotherapist, you will create individualized plans, collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, and help patients work toward health goals. The work includes education, prevention, self-management, and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities: Support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals
Create personalized evidence-informed physiotherapy care plans
Educate patients and families on self-management strategies




Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers for optimal outcomes
Maintain current knowledge through career development
Requirements: Active license with the provincial regulatory college
Professional liability insurance when required
Compassionate communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
Outpatient LTC experience preferred; new graduates encouraged
ADP authorization is an asset
