Welcome Fort Chipewyan Aquatics Centre guests through courteous service, payment processing, and clear communication. This casual position works as required in Fort Chipewyan.
The Guest Services Representative serves as the facility’s first point of contact under limited supervision. You will support patrons, answer inquiries, direct calls, process registrations and memberships, and assist other staff. The position also involves facility tours, event coordination, filing, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Greet guests and explain facility rules and policies
Answer inquiries, direct calls, and deliver messages
Process registrations, memberships, rentals, and other payments
Complete daily cash outs and monthly documentation




Provide tours and support information flow between staff and guests
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
One year customer service experience processing monetary transactions
First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification
Basic to intermediate computer and Microsoft Office skills
Solid interpersonal, organizational, numeracy, and communication skills
Bring customer service, cash handling, and communication skills to welcome patrons at the Fort Chipewyan Aquatics Centre.
