This experienced Quality Engineer oversees quality assurance and quality control within the facility. The work supports customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal standards across manufacturing. You will collaborate with Engineering, Production, Program Management, and Operations Managers while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate business priorities with Operation Managers
Develop and maintain IATF documentation and quality system records
Schedule internal quality audits and calibration activities
Facilitate corrective actions and close audit non-conformances
Travel between SyBridge and customer sites approximately 25% monthly
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Five or more years in automotive manufacturing quality engineering
Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA
Experience with IATF 16949 quality management systems
