As Project Coordinator, you will support the Northern Corridors Bloor Lansdowne project under the Manager, Project Delivery. The work involves design and construction oversight, contractor coordination, expenditure tracking, approvals, reporting, and collaboration with City of Toronto stakeholders. You will help manage cost, schedule, risk, permits, safety, and project completion across lifecycle stages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee design and construction compliance with agreements, standards, codes, and requirements
- Coordinate contractor work plans, permits, approvals, and schedule restrictions
- Track expenditures, consultant fees, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders
- Prepare Smart Track reports, logs, presentations,



and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate site meetings, reviews, safety compliance, commissioning, and handover

Requirements:

- College diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Minimum five years planning, designing, and constructing transit facilities
- Knowledge of civil engineering, architecture, project management, and contract legislation
- Understanding of Railway Rules, Regulations, Safety, and Operating procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and independent working skills
