Superburger is looking for an Assistant Manager who is available nights and weekends.

Primary Focus: The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the General Manager in overall restaurant operations, execution, management of staff, and sales-building activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Maintaining operational excellence so our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively
Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy
Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed




Taking prompt and appropriate action to resolve problems of any sort
Controlling product and labour costs
Training and developing hourly employees
Expected to exercise positive judgment in decision-making and reporting issues to the GM

Requirements :
Previous restaurant experience (2 years min), preferable in a leadership-focused role
Experienced in all aspects of customer service and people management
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and motivate staff
Robust business acumen, including an understanding of budgets and operating costs
Excellent knowledge of food, food handling and preparation
A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback and coaching
A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
Work evenings/weekends/holidays
Excellent communication skills

Pay: $57,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
