Lead industrial maintenance for Intelcom | Dragonfly, using mechanical troubleshooting and automation expertise across a production-driven operation. This role supports reliable equipment performance.
The Maintenance Technician Team Lead coaches technicians while remaining technically involved with automated equipment. You will maintain conveyors, sorters, and control systems, coordinate priorities, and communicate operational risks. The position requires leadership, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and basic PLC experience.
Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective equipment maintenance
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
Coach, train, and support maintenance technicians
Coordinate daily maintenance activities and priorities




Respond to breakdowns and minimize operational downtime
Requirements: Ontario Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433A certificate or equivalent experience
Three to five years maintaining automated industrial equipment
Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience and leadership experience
