This Brand Partnership Manager role manages day-to-day delivery for assigned partnerships and develops opportunities across sports, entertainment, community organizations, and complementary brands. You will evaluate proposals, build commercial recommendations, coordinate integrated campaigns, and track fulfillment, budgets, and results. The work connects Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations, Finance, external partners, agencies, and participating franchisees. You will help ensure partnership assets follow Panago brand standards and support broader marketing objectives. The hybrid schedule includes three onsite days and two remote days.
Key Responsibilities: Plan promotions, contests, events, sponsorships, and integrated media activations
Brief creative teams and coordinate approvals, logistics, and production timelines




Maintain agreements, rights, restrictions, deadlines, and fulfillment records
Confirm store readiness, funding, responsibilities, and activation requirements
Report engagement, reach, redemptions, acquisition, and sales performance
Requirements: Three to five years in brand partnerships, sponsorships, or integrated marketing
Success coordinating campaigns across multiple channels and external relationships
Experience translating campaign performance into practical recommendations
Robust ability to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities
Microsoft Office proficiency; marketing platform experience is an asset
Use sponsorship strategy, campaign execution, and performance reporting to strengthen Panago’s established sports and brand partnerships.
