Lead Hardware Department operations at Westview Co-op through inventory management, team direction, and people-first Guest service. This is a full-time position.
The Hardware Supervisor supports safe, effective department operations while aligning with Co-op Values and Brand expectations. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering, receiving, merchandising, and administrative accountability. The role also guides Team Members through performance management, talent development, engagement, acquisition, orientation, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities: Promote Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program
Direct Team Members across talent and performance activities
Manage scheduling, orders, Brand Standards, and operations
Complete merchandising,



deliveries, inventory, and cycle counts
Operate point-of-sale terminals and support department administration
Requirements: Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Previous Hardware experience is an asset
Professional, people-first Guest service skills
Valid class 5 license required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Bring supervisory leadership, Hardware knowledge, organization, and service skills to Westview Co-op’s full time department team.
