Enercare seeks a Manager – Strategic Sales Initiatives to evaluate, develop and land detailed action plans for recent residential sales initiatives. You will lead cross-functional projects, leverage automation and AI, and report to the Canadian Sr.
Manager of Sales Performance. In this role, you will quarterback software implementations, build executive-level dashboards, review budgets and costs, and develop SMART goals with finance, HR and accounting.
