Apply mechanical expertise and welding skills as an Industrial Millwright supporting manufacturing equipment, facilities, and systems. Shift work may be required.
This Industrial Millwright role requires Industrial Maintenance education or Red Seal certification. You will use mechanical and technical knowledge to maintain and repair papermill equipment, buildings, grounds, and associated systems. The position also includes shutdown work, weekend duty, and other assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities: Perform mechanical preventative maintenance on papermill equipment
Repair equipment, buildings, grounds, and associated systems
Work during department shutdowns as required
Complete weekend duty when scheduled
Perform other assigned duties
Requirements: Industrial Maintenance education or Red Seal certification
Three to five years’ manufacturing environment experience
Solid mechanical and technical knowledge
Welding and fabrication skills
Excellent communication skills
Use millwright maintenance, repair, welding, and fabrication capabilities across papermill operations and manufacturing systems.
