This part time Operations Supervisor supports FedEx Express Safety Above All culture within a station. You will manage daily sort activities and assigned Cargo Handlers while ensuring compliant administrative processes. The position emphasizes mentoring, coaching, training, and employee direction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day sort operations within the station
Direct Cargo Handlers’ work activities and package handling
Guide routing and recovery of potential service failures
Mentor, coach, and train assigned employees
Ensure processes comply with policies and regulations
Requirements: College degree
Two years FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
Or two years supervisory experience in a related industry
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to complete required training and maintain certification
