Assess risks and determine control applicability
Evaluate control design and operating effectiveness
Manage controls through their full lifecycle
Develop and enhance control-related documentation
Requirements: Five-plus years managing operational and regulatory controls
Five-plus years in governance, risk, and controls
Two-plus years documenting HR processes
Three-plus years in banking or complex organizations
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
