Key Responsibilities: Own editing style and visual storytelling across Phoenix and Raven
Lead, coach, and mentor video editors
Review edits for quality, consistency, and performance alignment
Edit video ads for Meta, TikTok, and digital platforms
Develop guidelines, templates,

Requirements: Five-plus years of professional video editing experience
Portfolio showing compelling, versatile short-form social video
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
Experience mentoring, coaching, or reviewing editors
Solid organization across files, versions, workflows, and deliverables
