This senior role manages complex design projects for new practices, renovations, relocations, and expansions. You will create technical drawings, consult with clients, apply Ontario Building Code requirements, and coordinate with sales professionals, contractors, and project partners. Occasional travel to project sites is required.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complex healthcare design projects as a senior team member
Lead concepts, final designs, revisions, and project timelines
Create AutoCAD floor, equipment, X-ray, electrical, and plumbing plans




Consult clients and recommend functional, productive practice solutions
Conduct site visits, measure spaces, and coordinate project partners
Requirements: Three to five years in design or architectural design
Post-secondary education in Design, Architecture, or related discipline
Advanced AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architecture proficiency
Strong Ontario Building Code and barrier-free design knowledge
Technical drawing, organization, communication, and collaboration skills
