Aviva Canada seeks Field Adjusters for its Property Field Claims team. You will handle first-party commercial claims, inspect losses, validate estimates, and determine coverage and value. The work involves insureds, brokers, lawyers, vendors, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Complete onsite and virtual commercial claim inspections
Investigate, negotiate, and settle commercial property claims
Validate vendor estimates, pricing, and repair scopes
Review policies, reports, leases, and case law
Issue payments and maintain accurate claim correspondence
Requirements: Two or more years handling commercial lines claims
One year handling first-party commercial claims
Robust property insurance and customer service background
CIP or FCIP preferred; willingness to pursue CIP
Valid driver's license and computer proficiency
