TRAF seeks a professional Member Services Specialist to provide pension plan information and prepare member benefit calculations. The position supports retirement education, documentation processing, and collaboration with members and internal stakeholders. Robust analysis and communication are central to accurate, timely service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide pension information through appointments, presentations, and communications
Conduct pre-retirement seminars throughout Manitoba
Prepare accurate member benefit calculations within service standards




Review colleagues’ calculations for accuracy and completeness
Assist with pension benefit documentation processing
Requirements: Post-secondary education and five years of related experience
CEBS or PPAC designation
Knowledge of pension and tax legislation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Bring pension knowledge, analytical judgment, and clear communication to TRAF’s member-focused service in downtown Winnipeg.
