You will work with project leadership, union representatives, and industry associations while administering collective bargaining agreements. The role also covers workforce planning, dispute resolution, compliance, and labour-related guidance through November 2028.
Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with unions, project teams, and industry associations
Coordinate union hiring halls, labour calls, and manpower requests
Interpret agreements covering schedules, overtime, premiums, and working conditions
Investigate concerns and resolve jurisdictional labour disputes




Maintain labour records, reports, and compliance documentation
Requirements: Post-secondary education in labour relations, human resources, or related field
Minimum five years’ labour relations experience in unionized environments
