This Retail & Experience Manager leads the tasting room team and supports retail, guest experience and event operations. You will create a welcoming, service-driven culture while setting expectations, coaching employees and managing daily staffing. The position connects personalized hospitality with sales, budgeting and operating performance across the property.
Key Responsibilities: Set high standards for service, presentation and hospitality
Build relationships with VIP guests, partners, groups and visitors
Respond professionally to guest feedback and concerns
Monitor sales results, trends and performance metrics
Oversee inventory,



purchasing, merchandising and cash management
Requirements: Previous management experience beyond supervision alone
Ability to motivate personalities and develop talent
Customer-focused experience in hospitality, tourism or related settings
Ability to manage competing priorities during peak periods
Comfort with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office
Use team leadership, operational judgment and guest-focused communication to strengthen tasting room performance in the South Okanagan.
