Reporting to the Quality Management System Manager, the Documentation Specialist supports QA documentation processing, filing, tracking, and archiving. The position maintains databases and QA operations files while monitoring activities affecting product quality, donor safety, plasma testing, and warehouse operations. It also supports document integrity and quality management system effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain GMP templates and tracking systems for SOPs, forms, protocols, and reports
Coordinate change control requests, approvals, preparation, and distribution
Review documentation lifecycle SOPs against Canadian regulations and cGMP requirements




Compile quality system indicators and Grifols viral marker data
Keep controlled documents reviewed, current, accurate, and available
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in health-related sciences
Minimum two years’ blood, plasma collection, or pharmaceutical experience
Understanding of quality management systems and applicable regulations
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Solid integrity, compliance commitment, and communication skills
Apply documentation control, change management, and GMP knowledge to strengthen Grifols quality operations and controlled records.
