As Food Service Manager, you will oversee operations and guide food services staff. Your work includes dietary menu planning, customer service, budgeting, purchasing, and food safety compliance. The position also contributes to management decisions and operational success.
Key Responsibilities: Plan daily and special event menus for dietary needs
Supervise, hire, train, and develop food services staff
Manage budgets, purchasing, scheduling, and departmental costs
Build resident and family relationships while resolving concerns
Ensure compliance with policies and health regulations
Requirements: Minimum two years supervisory food service experience
One year front-of-house and customer service experience
Food and Beverage Management diploma or equivalent
Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and organization skills
Microsoft Word and Excel literacy
