This position focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of premier Bobcat, Kubota, and Toro machinery.Serving as a technical expert, you will perform complex hydraulic, electronic, and Tier 4 diesel diagnostics to minimize downtime and optimize machinery performance. This role requires a solution-minded professional with a solid multi-brand background in compact construction, agricultural, and commercial turf equipment. You must be able to work independently, manage jobsites safely, and deliver a customer-centric service experience that meets OEM standards and supports our clients' success.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Diagnostics & Mechanical RepairsEquipment Maintenance: Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Bobcat, Kubota, and Toro construction, agricultural, and commercial turf equipment.Systems Troubleshooting: Isolate and resolve complex failures across hydraulic, hydrostatic, electrical,
