You will coordinate Investments, Legal, Finance, Engineering, Development, Delivery, and Operations teams. The work connects customer requirements with executable, financially sound solutions.Key Responsibilities:
Own relationships with hyperscale and strategic customersDevelop account plans from infrastructure and growth insightsLead complex negotiations, lease agreements,



and risk allocationCoordinate cross-functional decisions throughout transaction lifecyclesSupport underwriting and Investment Committee approval processesRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required;
advanced degree preferred12+ years of relevant data center industry experienceExperience with hyperscale customers and infrastructure transactionsStrong financial, investment, and negotiation expertiseTechnical understanding of power, cooling, connectivity, and densityBring senior account leadership, transaction expertise, and infrastructure knowledge to Ada Infrastructure’s North American commercial platform.
