Overview

Duties
Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
Supervise staff recruitment, training & development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Manage payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy.
Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular store assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Coordinate purchasing activities and manage relationships with vendors.
Utilize POS systems efficiently for sales transactions and reporting purposes.
Monitor store budget, control expenses, and optimize operational efficiency.
Organize promotional events and oversee merchandising displays to maximize sales potential.
Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and team productivity for management review.

Requirements :
Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with demonstrated leadership capabilities.




Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills.
Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, training & development processes.
Ability to handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and budgeting accurately.
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work setting.
