Lead mine production scheduling at Agnico Eagle’s Macassa Mine in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, using Deswik and data-driven planning across operating horizons.Reporting to the Engineering Superintendent, this General Supervisor develops, integrates, optimizes, and executes production schedules. The work connects long-term plans, mid-range execution, and short-term delivery. It supports mine design, budget guidance, production targets, safety, and environmental responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:
Develop weekly and three-month execution plansMaintain rolling 12-month and 18-month production plansProduce Life of Mine schedules aligned with MRMR updatesReview production, development, and sequencing targetsGuide dispatch prioritization and execution constraint troubleshootingRequirements:
Degree in Mining Engineering or related technical disciplineProfessional Engineer designation preferred or underwaySix to ten years of underground mining experienceExposure to production scheduling and execution planningProficiency with mine scheduling tools such as DeswikApply mine planning, scheduling optimization, and operational analysis as a General Supervisor supporting Macassa Mine production.
